2010 Census
Montour and Columbia County have many available positions for 2010 census takers, crew leaders, crew leader assistants, recruiting assistants and census clerks. These positions range in pay from $9 to $14 per hour, depending on the job.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and have proof of identity such as, a valid driver’s license, voter’s registration card or US military card. They also must have a US Social Security Account Number card or certified copy of their birth certificate. The hours are flexible, as long as you do not work over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. An employment test will be given to applicants, and must be passed to qualify.
