Montour County Council of Governments
The “COG” is an inter-municipal organization comprised of a number of Montour
County municipalities, including Valley Township. Membership in the COG allows
the participants to cooperate for their mutual benefit in performing certain functions
and obtaining services, equipment and materials.
Meetings
The Montour County Council of Governments meets quarterly. For the year 2010, their schedule is: January 20th @ Limstone Township, April 21st @ Riverside Boro, July 21st @ Danville Boro, and October 21st @ Montour Delong Fair Building (together with the county convention).
